KO Performance, in an effort to support
and help grow the new BMW forum www.Ultimate-BMW.com,
the Ultimate BMW forums, has offered our customers
a UUC Motorwerks Brushed Aluminum Rob Knob II
BMW shift knob giveaway!
The UUC Motorwerks shift knob giveaway is simple
to enter, and simple to win.
During the months of September, October, and
November, 2004, any KO Performance customer
that makes a purchase in the corresponding month,
and registers a username on www.Ultimate-BMW.com,
making one posting about anything they want
on the BMW forums, is entered into the giveaway
when that customer emails us their posting.
It's that easy.
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS:
Rob Knob 2: Slightly shorter than a stock
E36 knob at 3" tall and 2" in diameter,
this is a clean-looking knob that features
factory-original-looking shift pattern inserts
for a sharp, high tech look. It is also designed
to accept BMW original 30mm shift pattern
inserts (5-speed with Motorsport stripes or
dogleg 5-speed). Fits all BMWs made since
1977.
Aluminum knobs: 6061-T6 aircraft quality
aluminum.
Stainless steel knobs: T-303 stainless.
Features: Special features include a delrin
insulated insert to minimize the transfer
of heat from the transmission/exhaust and
precision-fitted specifically for BMW shifters.
Because of exacting CNC manufacturing, a single
stainless steel set screw secures the knob
from slipping, twisting or pulling off.
