This is AA new Short Shift Kit that is quicker than stock but has a smooth shift feel as well. This kit comes complete with the AA Short Shifter, the AA Signature Shift knob, a modified carrier assembly, mounting hardware, and an ilustrated manual for installation. the heavy weight 8.25 oz. vs 3.25 oz of the stock BMW knob allows for a much smoother, quicker shift. (E46 M3 shift boot requires modification to fit shift knob). Short Shifter creates up to a 30% shorter shift.
